If you revere the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States, and the principles of liberty upon which this country was founded; but see a national government exceeding its constitutional bounds with burdensome regulations, suffocating taxes, and irresponsible spending; then please join Texas Congressman Ron Paul's Campaign for Liberty. Dr. Ron Paul is a true statesman, a "Champion of the Constitution," a Thomas Jefferson of our generation.

The Campaign for Liberty needs you! Citizens like you help to govern the county, state and national parties. Party delegates make the rules, influence their peers, and even pick the presidential candidate! In every step of the process, it is essential that Ron Paul supporters are engaged, active and numerous. Please sign up now to be a member! Ron is seeking 100,000 members by September 1, 2008. The next day, September 2, the Campaign for Liberty will be launched officially.

These pages are updated weekly, usually on Monday evening;

Bernanke Concedes that inflation is a tax!
Inflation is worsening. We need a world-class dollar--more value in the dollar. Cannot continue to resort to bailouts to save the economy. Inflation is a regressive tax imposed by the Federal Reserve. 7/16/08 (7:22)
Ben Bernanke conceded that inflation is a tax. The Congress likes the Federal Reserve because it funds projects and then monetizes the debt. 7/16/08 (3:01)

Campaign for Liberty by Julio Almanza, American Chronicle, July 2, 2008

Campaign for Liberty. What an idea. Even if you are not a Republican or a Democrat. It does not matter. Why? Because this movement is for one thing and one thing only, which we can all agree is the most important, LIBERTY and the right to pursuit a life of ones own happiness. Even though this is just a "damn piece of paper," that piece of paper is the foundation of what this country is all about. It is the social contract between the people and the government, and what has happened is the government has breached this contract. And we the people should be very pissed off! They robbed our Bill of Rights with the Patriot Act. They robbed our right to Habeas Corpus with the Military Commission Act. They robbed our privacy with the FISA bill. They robbed states rights with the Real ID Act. They robbed American jobs with NAFTA implemented by a foreign trading corporation called the World Trade Organization. They robbed the nations sovereignty with the Security Prosperity Partnership, which was created by the Council of Foreign Relations. My fellow Americans, I am sorry to say that the people running this country are no longer looking out for the interest of the common man. They are looking out for themselves.

It is safe to say the system is shifting to that of the old Feudal system where the wealthy rule the working class with an iron boot. The working man is becoming the working slave to help the wealthy grow wealthier. Dynastic political families are winning Congressional seats, Senate seats, Council seats, and even the White House for their own selfish benefit. It seems that the majority of the politicians in office care only for one thing and that is power. Power to control. Power to implement unconstituional legislation. Power to oppress. Sadly, you see it on both sides of the political spectrum. Both Democrats and Republicans, conservatives and liberals, have fallen in love with the lust of unbalanced and unchecked power.

So we are at a turning point in this century. Something is rumbling within this nation that is about to explode onto the mainstream whether the mainstream wants to acknowledge it or not. The numbers are growing and they will have no choice but to acknowledge us...

The $6 Million Dollar Man!
Over 58,000 donors, including 24,915 first-time donors, contributed over $6 million to Ron Paul on Sunday, December 16, 2007, the 234th anniversary of the Boston Tea Party. Liberty is brewing!

This surpasses all previous single-day fund-raising records. The $6 million one day total means the campaign has raised over $18 million this quarter, far exceeding its initial fourth quarter goal of $12 million. Here are some news articles about the event:

$4.38 Million Donated to Ron Paul 2008 on November 5th
Over 37,000 donors contributed $4.38 million to Ron Paul on November 5th!

Here are some news articles about the event. By the way, these articles say that Hillary Clinton raised $6.2 million on June 30, but the Ron Paul campaign believes that to be false. According to their records, John Kerry has the all-time fund-raising record of $5.7 million the day he won the Democratic nomination. In any case, without question, Ron Paul now holds the record among GOP candidates.
