The verdict is in. Judge Andrew Napolitano blasts Secretary Paulson for re-writing the rules governing the $750 billion bailout. The Constitution does NOT authorize bailouts. The bailout should be rescinded, and Paulson should be fired. 11/16/08 (4:54)
The 1935 Bretton Woods system was undone in 1971. The current fiat monetary system is shot. What will replace it, a global currency? China and some European nations are discussing a new system. The United States should return to a sound constitutional monetary system. 11/14/08 (5:21)

Real capital comes from real savings, not fiat money. Must restore confidence in the dollar. Emergencies are used to erode our freedoms. 10/11/08 (4:08)
Modern Money Mechanics explains the creation of money in a fractional reserve banking system. Only 3% of our money supply is physical paper; the rest is electronic. Money is created out of debt. This system is inherently inflationary (prices rise). New money steals value from existing money. It is a hidden tax. Since 1913, 96% of the dollar's value has vanished. President Andrew Jackson shut down the central bank in 1835. It was revived in 1913. 10/7/08 (9:51)
Congressman Ron Paul discusses the passage of the bailout bill. 57 in Congress switched their vote. Tax measures originated in the Senate, which is unconstitutional. Benefits: US will be forced to live within its means; and cease to be an aggressor. Our position is similar to that of Russia in Afghanistan. More people understand economics. 10/3/08 (4:14)

Rep. Michael Burgess speaks to the House of Representatives against the bailout bill, asks that the bill be posted on the Internet for at least 24 hours, and says that the Speaker of the House declared last night that we are under martial law. 9/28/08 (1:52)
$700 billion bailout bill would empower the Treasury Department and Federal Reserve to provide bailouts for troubled financial institutions (likely trillions of dollars) created out of thin air, leading to rampant inflation of the dollar at best and the destruction of the dollar at worst. 9/21/08 (7:29)
Ron Paul gives constitutional, moral, and economic reasons to end the Federal Reserve. Faiz Shakir agrees with Paul's diagnoses, but affirms that we need the FED to regulate the economy. Paul scoffs at such "stability" and cites the recent oscillation of the DOW. Shakir says the FED ameliorated the Great Depression. Paul says the FED gave us the inflation of the 1920s which caused the Great Depression of the 1930s. 9/20/08 (6:26)
Ron Paul on the economic meltdown. We should allow bad debt to be liquidated. Fixing interest rates via the FED is central planning (socialism). Congress is addicted to easy money. But printing more dollars further destroys the value of the dollar. The market should be allowed to function freely. 9/19/08 (5:31)
Ron Paul discusses the collapsing financial markets. "We're in the middle of something very big and it doesn't look like it's going to end soon." No limit on bailout amounts. Those in trouble do not approach Congress. The FED just buys them out. Bailouts just destroy the dollar. Eventually, the market will prevail, and the dollar will be rejected. 9/18/08 (7:16)
Cavuto and Ron Paul discuss AIG and other bailouts. Our fiat monetary system is the real cause of the problem. Bailouts (more credit expansion) further destroys the dollar. 9/17/08 (3:50)
FED and both parties are responsible for cyclic booms and busts. Interventionist foreign policy hurts us in the long run. Paul will not endorse either major candidate. 8/28/08 (3:12)

Inflation is worsening. We need a world-class dollar--more value in the dollar. Cannot continue to resort to bailouts to save the economy. Inflation is a regressive tax imposed by the Federal Reserve. 7/16/08 (7:22)
Jim says Fannie May and Freddie Mac have failed, and should not be bailed out. Unelected people are committing fraud, and have doubled our $5 trillion debt in one weekend. Best solution? 7/15/08 (8:37)

Fed keeps interest rates at 2%, likely to raise rates after election. Fed claims inflation is not bad; but it is over 11%. M3 (total money supply), not reported, but increasing at 16%. Inflation comes by creating money out of thin air. Sooner we challenge the current monetary system, the better. 6/25/08 (4:58)

THE MONEY MASTERS is a 3 1/2 hour non-fiction, historical documentary that traces the origins of the political power structure that rules our nation and the world today. The modern political power structure has its roots in the hidden manipulation and accumulation of gold and other forms of money. The development of fractional reserve banking practices in the 17th century brought to a cunning sophistication the secret techniques initially used by goldsmiths fraudulently to accumulate wealth. With the formation of the privately-owned Bank of England in 1694, the yoke of economic slavery to a privately-owned “central” bank was first forced upon the backs of an entire nation, not removed but only made heavier with the passing of the three centuries to our day. Nation after nation, including America, has fallen prey to this cabal of international central bankers. Segments: The Problem; The Money Changers; Roman Empire; The Goldsmiths of Medieval England; Tally Sticks; The Bank of England; The Rise of the Rothschilds; The American Revolution; The Bank of North America; The Constitutional Convention; First Bank of the U.S.; Napoleon’s Rise to Power; Death of the First Bank of the U.S. / War of 1812; Waterloo; Second Bank of the U.S.; Andrew Jackson; Fort Knox; World Central Bank; Loose Change 6/1/96 (~3:30:00)
